Meditation
The busy nature of our modern minds gives us reason to gather for quiet moments in our days. At Moon Wolf, we have several options of meditation to choose from. All are guided by experienced teachers and do not require an established practice of your own. You’ll find each teacher has their own style of meditation that they have learned through their own practice/teachings and from their teachers. All are calming, helpful for reseting our ‘monkey minds’ and nervous system. Our half hour classes are meant to be a direct entrance into a short meditation period while our hour long sessions begin with movement to ready the body and a slower process of entering and exiting our meditation with time to help reestablish your surroundings to move on with your day. We encourage a regular practice in meditation to complement your movement and wellness practices.

Meditation Class Descriptions
There’s no experience in meditation required to join any of our classes. Each teacher will guide you in the meditation so that you can let go of any other thoughts. Read the descriptions below and click on the block to take you directly to booking. Our half hour sessions are great to couple with the Asana classes prior to them and our one hour classes stand on their own or can be combined with other experiences at Moon Wolf
