Cancellation Policy:

Classes:

  • Late cancel: Canceling within 2 Hours of the start of class

  • No Show: Not showing up to a class you booked without canceling it before the start of the session

Non-Members and Package Holders

  • Late Cancels and No Shows: No refund for prepaid classes for canceling or no showing for the class

Members

  • Late Cancels - $5 Penalty charged at time of late cancel

  • No Show - $10 Penalty charged at time of late cancel

Services:

  • Late Cancel: Canceling within 24 Hours of the start time of service appointment

  • No Show: Not showing up or canceling your service appointment before the start of the service

Non Members

  • Late Cancels: Charged full amount if the slot cannot be filled

  • No Show: Charges full amount

Package Holders

  • Late Cancel: Looses full amount of the visit from package if the slot cannot be filled

  • No Show: Looses the full amount of the visit from the package

Members

  • Late Cancel: Charged 80% of full amount of service appointment if slot cannot be filled

  • No Show: Charged 80% of the full amount of service appointment

Workshops/Events

Each workshop and event has individual rules. Late Cancels and No Shows will be charged in accordance to their rules. Please email or call us if you think you need to cancel and don’t know what policy is for workshops.
